Tune Up Ringan (Bensin)

Alat yang dibutuhkan:
1. Kunci Busi
2. Obeng +
3. Fuller gauge
4. Amplas halus
5. Lap
6. Bensin 1 L
7. Kunci 12
8. Sikat besi
9. Kawat kecil (0.5mm)

Pengerjaan:
1. buka seluruh kabel busi (ingat urutannya)
2. Buka seluruh busi
3. masukan busi yang sudah didinginkan ke dalam bensin
4. bersihkan seluruh permukaan busi dan sela selanya dengan sikat dan kawat
5. Bersihkan titik ketemu busi dengan amplas
6. Bersihkan busi tersebut ke dalam bensin lalu dilap sampai bersih
7. Atur celah busi (sesuai gap di manual) pakai fuller gauge.
8. Pasangkan busi kembali
9. Pasang kabel busi
10. Hidupkan Mesin
11. Hidupkan AC
12. Kendorkan baut distributor
13. Gas mobil tiba-tiba. Bila ada bunyi trik trik halus mundurkan pengapian dengan memutar distributor ke kiri. Bila tidak ada bunyi trik majukan (putar ke kanan) sedikit demi sedikit sampai bunyi trik muncul lalu putar ke kiri sedikit saat terakhir ketika gas digentak tidak berbunyi trik. Cara ini akan mengakibatkan mobil pada derajat tertinggi yang memungkinkan tanpa ngelitrik.
14. Bila telah ketemu titik yang paling tepat, kencangkan baut 12 diatas kembali.
15. Gunakan obeng + untuk menyetel biss pada RPM 800 – 850

Setelah proses selesai silahkan pergi untuk stel CO.
Bila dijalan ngelitrik lagi, mundurkan dulu sedikit demi sedikit. Jangan lupa sebelum tes CO menyetir dengan agresif agar kita dapat mengetahui titik batas maksimal dari pengapian kita.

Note:
1. SOHC titik krusial ngelitrik RPM 3000 s/d 4000
2. SOHC Injected titik krusialnya bisa di RPM 4000 s/d 5000
